Back to the nursery

River was born so quickly that she didn't spend enough time in the birth canal to help squeeze all the fluid out of her lungs; she needed a bit of assistance to get it all cleared. She spent the first couple of hours in the nursery to make sure her oxygen levels and blood sugar levels were all ok. Everything checked out fine.
