More about my experiment with B vitamins and my peripheral neuropathy

According to my initial blog post regarding B-Vitamins, it's been 20 days since I began the B-Vitamins. Feels like it's been a bit longer. At any rate, I have good results to report as far as the symptoms in my feet. They've been reduced to a mere tingle at their worst and only at night now. Compared to the symptoms I was experiencing (see my initial blog post about the foot pain) these symptoms are a mere slight discomfort at their worst. They no longer prevent me from going to sleep. I no longer have the burning, stabbing, poking feelings I had prior to the B-Vitamins. Even better, some of the other symptoms I seemed to have of a B-12 deficiency are slowly abating. Not all of them yet, but with the results I'm seeing on the one that bothered me the most I'm more than hopeful that the rest will follow.

Good to know

that you feel less like a pin cushion and heat shield. Keep us updated.

HA

Of course *you* know what a relief this has been for me! It's no longer interupting you sleep too. It's not only the person that has the neuropathy that suffers. I'm glad we're both getting much deserved rest. Wink

The new doze bandit

Your nocturnal symptoms were so regular, I learned to sleep through them – like living near railroads.

Since your recent improvements, I feel my reactions to lower back pain contribute more erosion of our quality sleep time. Calcium supplement to my diet might be our next benefactor.
